How to Use Your Heart’s GPS On Your Twin Flame journey and In Life

I think that is what makes it difficult for most people to trust their hearts, is the fear of getting hurt. We fear that if we follow our hearts, we will be fooled and left disillusioned. But when you think about it, that is a fear of the mind – a mind that doesn’t trust it’s heart because it felt betrayed in the past. This is also why most people walk through life with an armoured heart, because they have unresolved hurt from the past still blocking it and the subconscious mind remembers it.

On a much deeper level, this is also a remnant of our patriarchal conditioning. For the last 6,000 years we have been living in a patriarchal society that views men and masculine traits superior to women and feminine traits. The mind is seen as masculine with the ability of reasoning, sharpness, decisiveness and being able to discern the correct course of action. While the heart is connected to love, feelings, emotions, intuition and the ability to tap into our inner wisdom – which are all more connected to femininity instead of masculinity. Culturally and on a societal level we have been taught that the first is more reliable and scientific and therefore superior to relying on less reliable methods as our feelings or intuition.

But the above is NOTHING but a bleed-through of the patriarchal mistrust and devaluation of the feminine. A programming that runs deep in all of us, whether we are men or women in this lifetime. We have all been both men and women in our previous lifetimes throughout the last 6.000 year time period and so we carry both wounding from being women under this belief-system as well as wounding from being men under this belief-system. We were both the do-er and the done-to in the subjection of women and the feminine principle. There is no one to point the finger at, because we were all in on it – one way or the other.

Mary Magdalene and the rise of the feminine

We are currently in an era that is signified by the rise of the feminine, we only need to look three generations back to see how the rights of women have changed since our great grandmothers, our grandmothers and mothers came into womanhood. My great grandmother and grandmother on my mothers side were housewives, my grandmother on my father’s side was a physician but was only allowed to treat women and children. My mother was a nurse, but worked part-time in order to be able to manage her job, the children and the household.

Let’s say that the position of women have only improved over the past approximately 150 years. This coincides with a personal theory of mine, and that is that Mary Magdalene is an archetypal code for the rise of the Divine feminine. For those who don’t know Mary Magdalene is the Twin Flame of Jesus Christ also known as Yeshua. Until 1969 she was seen as a prostitute due to a sermon delivered in 581 by Pope Gregory 1, in 1969, the identification of Mary Magdalene with Mary of Bethany and the “sinful woman” was removed from the General Roman Calendar by Pope Paul VI, but the view of her as a former prostitute persisted in popular culture. Mary Magdalene’s name in initials is MM and in Roman numerals, MM is 2000. What I find interesting is that after being seen as a whore and spit upon for 1388 years – just before the millennium (meaning thousand) entering the year 2000 she is suddenly brought back in honor and given sainthood and her own feast day July 22nd which is coincidentally my twin’s birthday. It’s all part of the rise of the feminine after thousands of years of repression and subjection of the feminine aspect. Not to now become the oppressor of the masculine and dominate men, but to become the Divine masculine’s equal which is a necessary aspect of the Ascension process, the Earth and it’s inhabitants are entering in.

You see on a soul level we are all androgynous, male and female in one and in order to return back to the Oneness of our soul’s essence we need to have our inner Divine masculine and our inner Divine feminine come into harmony together in order to be each other’s equals and fully balanced.

Modern day initiations on your Ascension path

The Twin Flame encounter and journey are nothing but a series of initiations on your Ascension path. Your twin and you are a spiritual tag team, helping each other wake up to the truth of who you really are. Now, this may trigger you if you are reading this because you are desperately seeking ways to create a romantic outcome between you and the person who you believe to be your Twin Flame.

I am not saying that you will NOT end up in a romantic relationship with your person, what I am saying is that it is not your SOUL’S PRIORITY to have this connection be about or end up in a romance (as you currently know it). Despite your deep intense romantic love feelings for your person and most likely their utter deep feelings for you (even when they hide them from you).

Making the shift from head to heart and in the end balancing your inner Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine are such initiations the Twin Flame experience offers you as part of your Ascension process. They are but a small part of the process, but it’s these initiations that prepare you for inner union with your soul (Enlightenment/Ascension) and prepare you for true Twin Flame union, which is much more than a physical romantic relationship with your person.

Put bluntly you can’t enter a 5th dimensional frequency Divine partnership, while the individuals forming that partnership are both fully anchored in the old 3rd dimensional reality. Patriarchal conditioning is but one of the many old paradigm 3D programmings that you need to reprogram in order to be able to shift dimensional frequencies and in the end dimensional realities. A relationship is always the sum of both partners, which is why all this inner soul alchemy work is required on the Twin Flame journey (and Ascension path) in order to be able to have and be able to hold, this higher dimensional Divine partnership.

Eradicating fear from your Twin Flame connection

For all of you now thinking ‘but my twin is unawakened…. I’ll never have union in this lifetime…‘

Don’t worry about your twin baby, work on your own TRUE awakening and then see what happens from there. The BIGGEST problem Twin Flames currently face is that the Divine Feminines are failing to get their butt’s in gear, because they are stuck in the 3D illusion of their current reality such as the twin not responding, the twin having a current or new love interest and so on. But listen up, you are not going to learn to TRUST YOUR HEART in scenarios that are going EXACTLY as you hoped for or wanted them to.

It’s in the having to trust your heart, no matter what the outer circumstances are, that we truly get challenged and stretched to trust our inner guidance and our soul. That is why your Twin Flame agreed to play the role, he or she is currently playing in your life to help you to learn to trust yourself and in the end to trust your soul which is a vital part of coming into inner union. You cannot BECOME ONE with something or someone, that you do not trust – which is why the return to ONENESS always starts within ourselves and not outside of us.

Grabbing back to the previous section and the rise of the Divine feminine, you’ll understand now why there are so many Twin Flame couples incarnating together in this time and age, it is the first time in eons and eons that they can finally be together in harmony and equality which allows them to bring in the new relationship templates that are based on this higher dimensional love and peace between the sexes – but again they can ONLY do so to the extent in which they have successfully released these outdated programs within themselves in this life and their previous lifetimes. We have been working towards this on a soul level over many lifetimes, in order to prepare ourselves for this EXACT moment in time.

So there is no need to panic or feel so out of control, your soul came ready and prepared to make this paradigm shift in this lifetime. You were born to do this, you just forgot the truth about this part of the plan somewhere along the way…

How to use your heart’s GPS

All the above tells us why we need to listen to our hearts and what has been stopping us, this final section of this teaching will tell you how to actually start using your heart’s built-in GPS system again. This will help you to trust your heart, trust yourself and trust your soul.

Doubt (always an indication of fear) is the BIGGEST killer to your Twin Flame connection, so it’s the first obstacle that you need to tackle. Read this teaching if you are struggling with Twin Flame doubt.

In order to be able to listen to your heart, you first have to quiet your mind and your fears of getting hurt. After that it’s a question of simply following your bliss, what makes your heart sing? What creates unbridled enthusiasm within you? What sets your heart on fire? (nope not your genitals!) What really lights you up? That is your soul speaking to you through your heart.

Likewise, whatever depresses you or makes you feel yuck. Whatever makes your stomach churn or puts you off, even if you can’t put your finger on why it does (there seems to be no logical explanation for it) – this is also your soul speaking to you through your heart to tell you that it’s not feeling whatever you are contemplating of doing…  Urging you to turn away from the very thing that is causing you this discomfort.

Now here is the kicker…..

Just like the stories made up around Mary Magdalene are not true – recent scientific research on the heart – brain connection shows that the heart knows better than the brain. In a HeartMath Institute research, they proved that the heart was able to ‘predict’ the near future, knowing what was going to happen before the brain did:

HMI’s Rollin McCraty, a professor at Florida Atlantic University, asserts that changes in heart-rate statistics of experimental subjects predicted two distinct types of events two to 14 seconds before those events happened:

1. Whether a photograph to be seen in the immediate future had emotionally arousing or emotionally neutral content.
2. The outcome of a bet at the roulette table (whether experimental subjects were going to win or lose a roulette bet).

In both cases, McCraty showed that changes in heart-rate variability (how much the heart speeds up and slows down when a person breaths in and out) changed in statistically significant ways several seconds before the events actually happened. And changes in heart rate differed significantly depending on whether an image was going to be neutral or arousing or whether a bet was going to be won or lost.

Which shows us that it’s actually a much better strategy to listen to your heart, instead of your head because your heart taps into a much bigger pool of wisdom than that your brain has access to. However, people who are disconnected from their own inner guidance and wisdom are much easier to control and manipulate which was a part of the old paradigm conditioning. As we are moving out of these lower states of frequency, consciousness and being – it’s imperative that we learn to listen to our hearts and trust our selves (souls) again.

I know you think you are already doing this, but honey until you can take leaps of faith with all the 3D evidence stacked against the choice your soul is urging you to make – you may be dipping your toe into it here and there but that’s not the same thing as actually LIVING it.

I pray this teaching has given you a deeper understanding of the Twin Flame journey and how to use your heart’s GPS system. The more you clean out the gunk and sludge that you brought in from previous lifetimes, the more clear the calling of the soul through your heart becomes. The subconscious wounds of our ego from this and previous lifetimes, tend to create loud noisy voices that drown out the more subtle promptings of the heart.
